“Pachanga” means a good ol’ Shindig! A Fun and casual yet tasteful reception. Simple but classy. Budget hawks love it. If you want a simple but not cheap-looking wedding, this is what we call a Pachanga wedding.
You need to create magic so your wedding will be epic and not just cookie cutter tables and chairs and stale center pieces. Money is the easiest way to buy decorations and entertainment and services. What if you do not have much dinero though? You need to improvise. We can help. Not just improvise on decorations, but we know how to use your menu as entertainment, use action stations, local artists, driftwood, local flowers, etc. Most importantly we will use non-brand vendors or furniture.
We specialize in custom weddings. Part of being a custom wedding expert is not just expensive boutique weddings. It is using our expertise to be able to make a 15,000 dollar budget look like a 30,000 dollar budget. Anyone can buy nice tables or pillows or expensive candles. The trick is to find who can make them for us and save us money! We work with all local handicraft experts and artists that can create for you unique decorations and designs. Signs painted by hand or maracas for example. The best part is that we help local families in the process.
We are a family business as you may have read, so we try and use micro-businesses for all our services when possible. We use the churro man from the plaza, the ice cream man that makes his ice cream by hand, the seamstress, the carpenter, the candle maker and anyone we can help with your patronage is welcome. Of course, we vet them all and guarantee their work. We try to not buy from big corporations. So we find the great local vendors and use them because not only are they just as good, and many times even better than the expensive companies, but we have seen first hand how we have been able to raise their living status by using them as much as possible. We not only do weddings here. We try and change lives.
If you want your wedding to help the local families who make less than 300 dollars a month on average, then we are who you should work with because we believe the same. The Pachanga weddings are created by hard working people for hard working people who may need a hand as well. Honestly, I have seen table decorations that were made with local flowers and driftwood that looked better than super expensive store bought designs.
So that is a Pachanga wedding. A fun, simple but classy ceremony and reception. Many brides cannot believe it is our simple package though. So do not confuse simple with bland or cheap-looking. Think of it more as a local-flavored wedding.
